Refund and Returns Policy

Please read carefully and let us know if any questions.

Delivery Times:

  • We offer delivery from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) with order cut off time at 4 Pm, orders placed after this time or during public holidays will be delivered on the day following the next business day
  • Monday and Saturday deliveries can only be made if you confirm before Friday 4pm. Any order confirmed between Friday 4pm and Monday 4pm can be delivered earliest on Tuesday. 
  • Delivery time will be Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7 pm, please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. 
  • If you need specific delivery date/time, we may charge extra delivery fee upon your request. 

 

Delivery Schedule:

  • HK Island: Daily
  • Kowloon: Daily
  • New Territory: Daily

 Unfortunately, we DO NOT deliver to: outlying islands

 

Delivery fees:

Delivery is free of charge for order over 800HKD. Otherwise, $150 delivery fee will be charged per order.

  • Extra delivery fee may be incurred if delivery to the door is required to the 2nd floor or above of a building which is not accessible by elevator.

 

Delivery Rules: 

  • The delivery service is door to door.
  • Please make sure the delivery vehicles are able to access and park legally within 50 meters of the delivery address, otherwise the additional fees shall be applied. 
  • The Delivery is only available up to 1st floor for apartments without lift, customers requiring delivery to higher floors shall incur additional charges. 
  • The delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal 8 or black rain warning signal is hoisted, we will try our best to arrange your order to be delivered on the next working day.
  • We will attempt to deliver your wines on the date you specify. Our delivery courier will contact you on the day of delivery (usually 1 hour before arrival) to ensure someone is available to receive the wines. Alternatively, we can leave the wines at security room/counter or front door as requested.
  • We can’t separate an order into 2 or more addresses for delivery. Should you want your wines to be delivered to different addresses, we suggest placing separate orders for each address.
  • If you fail to receive your wines upon the first delivery appointment or you give us inaccurate information on your address, B Wine reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee for subsequent delivery. 
  • Although we maintain strict controls over our products, mishaps inevitably happen. We encourage you to check whether the delivery is satisfactory and complete at the time of delivery. Your signature, or the signature on your behalf, on the invoice copy shall be deemed proof of delivery.

 

Return/Refund Policy

  • If any item is faulty or does not correspond to the placed order, you shall return the good to the driver in original packaging and report the return by email to shop@bwine.hk within 24 hours. We will provide a full refund by credit note on your account or replacement for any item that we have confirmed that is faulty. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if, in our reasonable opinion, we do not consider the good to be faulty. In such case, we will return the goods to you.
